The teams from NTPC projects/establishments in Chhattisgarh, such as Sipat, Korba, Regional Headquarter at Raipur and Talaipalli Coal Mining project in Raigarh, retained their positions at the national round Medha Pratiyogita 2019 held at Power Management Institute (PMI), Noida on 11th September.
While the Senior-level team from Korba comprising Navya Chawla & Sahil Ashish Nimsarkar and Middle-level team from Sipat comprising Abhinav Rathore & Animesh Pathak retained 2nd positions in their respective categories, the Junior team from WR-IIHQ, Raipur (Peehu Kumar & Meryl Jane) retained the third position and the Employee team from Talaipalli (Kavindra Kumar & Anurag Kushwaha) got the fourth place in the final round.
NTPC’s Medha Pratiyogita 2019 concluded on 11th September, 2019 with enthusiasm coupled with high energy by participants across NTPC. Saptarshi Roy, Director (HR), appreciated the team spirit, the urge to learn among NTPCians which was reflected right from the start of the contest. Highlighting the fact, NTPC encourages and constantly strives to improve the learning curve within the organization, Roy appreciated NTPC’s the quizzing culture and the mileage Medha has generated among people of all generations within NTPC.
Roy and Prakash Tiwari Director (Operations) presented awards in all the four categories to the winners in various rounds. A.N.Verma, ED (HR), R.S.V Muthumani, ED (IT & ERP), Praveen Saxena, Director (NGSL) were also present on the occasion.
